WHAT ARE THE ​EVENT HOURS? -  2:00pm - 8:00 pm

 

WHAT IF IT RAINS? Levitate Flannel Jam is a Rain or Shine Event.

 

IS THERE RE-ENTRY? Ins and Outs are permitted! Attendees must past through security upon re-entry.

 

CAN I CAMP? Flannel Jam does not feature on or off-site camping.

 

CAN I BRING A BAG? No bags larger than 16 x 16 x 8 are allowed. All bags are searched upon entry!

 

CAN I PAY WITH A CARD? YES! CREDIT CARD IS PREFERRED - We’re cutting on lines and wait times…credit cards are preferred - there will still be limited “Cash Only” lines for all bars, merch booths, and food.

 

WILL THERE BE AN ATM ON SITE? - There will be an ATM available at the event.

 

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE FESTIVAL? Absolutely! Flannel Jam is a family-friendly event with a dedicated Kids Zone. Strollers & wagons are permitted for your little ones, but please be mindful of size/need as it is a high capacity event. 

 

WHERE CAN I PARK? Parking is available on site at the Marshfield Fairgrounds through the Gate E entrance on South River St. Pre-paid parking passes are available on our ticket page and guarantee you on-site parking. Parking will be available day of as space allows. 

 

CAN I BRING A CHAIR? - Because this is a high capacity event, we are strongly discouraging the use of chairs and blankets; more room for foot-stompin'! 

 

IS THERE A SHUTTLE? - We encourage you to stay safe and go green - please carpool, Uber or Lyft to Flannel Jam! There are no festival shuttles available for this event. 

 

IS THIS AN ADA ACCESSIBLE EVENT? - Yes we are an accessible event. Please email us at Info@LevitateFlannelJam.com for any ADA/Accessibility questions!

 

IS THERE A LOST & FOUND? - All lost & found will be turned into the Flannel Jam Info Booth at Main Entry. After the event, all Lost and Found will be moved to Levitate Surf Shop and held for 30 days. Email us at Info@LevitateFlannelJam.com if you lost an item. 

 

DO YOU ISSUE REFUNDS? - All Flannel Jam ticket sales are final.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE OR CAN’T FIND MY TICKETS? - For ticket issues, please email us at Info@LevitateFlannelJam.com or drop by the Info Booth at Main Entry.

 

WHAT IF I REMOVE MY WRISTBAND? All tickets are exchanged for a wristband at Main Entry. This wristband is your ONLY access to Levitate Flannel Jam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR WRISTBAND OFF! If you lose it, damage it, or remove it, the event will not replace it and you will need to purchase another ticket for entry.
