WHAT IF IT RAINS?  Levitate Flannel Jam is a Rain or Shine Event

 

IS THERE RE-ENTRY? Ins and Outs are permitted! Attendees must past through security upon re-entry.

 

IS THERE AN ATM ON SITE? Cisco Brewery has multiple ATMs.

 

CAN I CAMP? Flannel Jam does not feature on or off-site camping. 

 

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE FESTIVAL? Absolutely! Flannel Jam is a family-friendly event with a dedicated Kids Zone.  Please leave strollers & wagons at home as space is limited.

 

WHERE CAN I PARK? Parking is EXTREMELY limited at the brewery and taxis, rideshare, or the Cisco Shuttle is strongly encouraged. Limited parking will be available in the auxiliary lot just beyond the brewery by following signage. The Cisco Shuttle picks up passengers from the Visitor’s Center at the corner of Federal St and runs on a 20-25 continuous loop.

 

CAN I BRING A CHAIR? Chairs are not permitted at this event.

 

IS THERE A FESTIVAL SHUTTLE? The Cisco Shuttle picks up passengers from the Visitor’s Center at the corner of Federal St and runs on a 20-25 continuous loop.

 

IS THIS AN ADA/ACCESSIBLE EVENT? Cisco Brewery is ADA Accessible. Please email us at Info@LevitateFlannelJam.com with any questions!

 

IS THERE A LOST & FOUND? All lost & found will be turned into the Flannel Jam Info Booth at Main Entry. After the event, all Lost and Found will be moved to Cisco Brewers. Email us at Info@LevitateFlannelJam.com if you lost an item. 

 

DO YOU ISSUE REFUNDS?: All Flannel Jam ticket sales are final.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE OR CAN’T FIND MY TICKETS?: For ticket issues, please email us at Info@LevitateFlannelJam.com or drop by the Info Booth at Main Entry.

 

WHAT IF I REMOVE MY WRISTBAND? All tickets are exchanged for a wristband at Main Entry. This wristband is your ONLY access to Levitate Flannel Jam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR WRISTBAND OFF! If you lose it, damage it, or remove it, the event will not replace it and you will need to purchase another ticket for entry.
