Where is the festival being held?The Marshfield Flannel Jam is held at the Marshfield Fairgrounds, 140 Main St, Marshfield MA 02050. The Nantucket Flannel Jam is held at Cisco Brewers, 5 Bartlett Farm Rd, Nantucket, MA 02554.

When do gates open and close?Marshfield gates open at 12:00pm, the event ends at 8:00pm. Nantucket gates open at 12:30pm, the event ends at 7:00pm.

Can I come and go?Yes, re-entry is allowed - please note you will need to be screened by security each time you re-enter the venue.

What if it rains?Levitate Flannel Jam is a rain or shine event.

What is your bag policy?Clear plastic, vinyl or pvc tote bags no larger than 12"x6"x12" with a single compartment, and/or small clutch bag 4.5"x6.5" are permitted. Bags that do not comply with this policy will not be permitted into the event. *Please plan accordingly.* Please note that all bags will be subject to search upon entering the festival.

Where can I stay? Is there camping?There are plenty of hotel options nearby all of the Flannel Jam venues. There is no camping allowed at any of the sites.

Are children allowed at the festival?Yes! Flannel Jam is a family friendly event and features kids activities at each of the locations! Children under 3 are free.

Where can I park?In Marshfield, on-site pre-paid parking is available through our Tixr ticketing page. Please note, no overnight parking is allowed. In Nantucket, on-site parking is extremely limited, so rideshare/taxis, walking and biking are encouraged. Cisco Brewers also has a shuttle van that will be making continuous loops from the Visitor’s Center throughout the day. Please note, no overnight parking is allowed.

What is the policy on ticket refunds?This event is rain or shine, There is a no refund policy on all ticket purchases, no exceptions. in the event that the event is postponed, all tickets will be valid at the rescheduled event date.

Is the festival accessible to people with disabilities?Each Flannel Jam location is ADA accessible. ADA portas/restrooms are also available.

Is there an ATM on site?There are no ATMs on site so please plan accordingly.
